Important: Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your data is deleted, you will need to create a new account if you wish to use our services again.

About Data Deletion Requests

In accordance with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act), and other applicable privacy laws, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data.

What We Delete

When you request data deletion, we will remove:

  • Your account information and profile data
  • Your saved searches and favorites
  • Your inquiry and contact history
  • Any other personal information associated with your account

What We May Retain

Certain information may be retained for legal, regulatory, or legitimate business purposes:

  • Transaction records (as required by law)
  • Communication records for legal compliance
  • Anonymized or aggregated data that cannot identify you

Processing Time

We will process your request within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking code when your request is submitted, and another notification when the deletion is complete.

Verification

To protect your privacy, we may need to verify your identity before processing your request. We will contact you via the email address provided if additional verification is needed.
