By accessing or using estatech's platform, website, and services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users, including agencies, agents, brokers, and visitors.

2. Description of Service

estatech provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for real estate professionals, including:

  • Customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • Property listing and management
  • Marketing automation and social media integration
  • Contract management and e-signatures
  • Calendar and appointment scheduling
  • Analytics and reporting
  • White-label agency websites
  • Property marketplace

3. Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3.3 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Plans

We offer various subscription plans with different features and pricing. Plan details are available on our Pricing page.

4.2 Payment

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payment is processed through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees.

4.3 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time through your account settings.

4.4 Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in our refund policy.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not infringe on the rights of others
  • Not upload malicious code or content
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Not use the Service for spam or unsolicited communications
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date property listings

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent property listings
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Collect user information without consent
  • Interfere with the proper working of the Service
  • Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Service
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Property

The Service, including its design, features, content, and technology, is owned by estatech and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent.

7.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (property listings, images, etc.). By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with the Service.

7.3 Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide may be used by us without obligation to you.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, DocuSign, Stripe, etc.). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ESTATECH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless estatech, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

12.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

12.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court.

15. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

16. General Provisions

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and estatech.
  • Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
  • Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
  • Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent.
